As our Billing Specialist in this hybrid role (1-2 days a week at home / 2-3 days in the RSS Louisville, KY office), you will be the connecting point between many departments to make sure our clients are being onboarded correctly. Every day you will work with the sales team and across several software systems to enter detailed data, produce reports, and talk to customers to answer questions. To thrive in this role you must have work experience where attention to detail (specifically numbers) was vital to your success. That should include working with many tech systems you might not know how to use right now. You must be comfortable learning new software systems while identifying better ways to adapt them to support customers. Finally, you should take joy in helping people by answering questions. You also must have a clear credit and background check as you will be dealing with financial information.
You’re the go-to planner and scheduler; keeping people and parts organized and where they’re supposed to be at the right time. As the Field Service Manager, you’ll be the point of contact for technicians facing challenges onsite and frustrated clients when everything is going wrong at their busy restaurant.
Using your ability to communicate across all levels, you work with technicians, construction General Contractors, managers and owners to articulate the priority/severity of an issue without overwhelming. You help all stakeholders clearly define the next steps for projects large and small and ensure everything gets completed.
This role is pivotal for both our Field Service and Solutions Center to be ready for the next phase of scalable processes and creating higher levels of effective customer interaction. This is not only a strategic role, but will also take ownership of efficiently and effectively directing 9 technicians and equipment in a rapidly changing environment of installs and service calls.
